Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Staypal ("Staypal", "we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing or using Staypal, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Policy

Staypal is a software-based service that provides access to WhatsApp-based guest communication and automation.

Due to the nature of digital services, fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated below. Access to the platform, message sending, and automation features are considered consumed once enabled.

2. Subscription Plans

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Annual plans, if applicable, are billed upfront at a discounted rate. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.

3. Trials & Onboarding

Free trials, demos, or onboarding periods are provided without obligation to purchase. No refunds apply to trial periods.

Any usage during a trial is considered acceptance of the service in its current form.

4. Service Issues & Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at Staypal's sole discretion only if a technical issue entirely prevents message initiation for an extended period and the issue is confirmed to be caused by Staypal, not WhatsApp, third parties, or user setup.

Approved refunds, if any, will be pro-rated, processed using the original payment method, and issued within a reasonable timeframe.

5. No Refunds For

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • WhatsApp delivery failures or delays
  • Guest non-responses
  • Incorrect or unexpected AI responses
  • Platform outages caused by third parties
  • Host setup errors or misconfiguration
  • Change of mind or lack of usage
  • Violations of platform or OTA rules

6. Account Suspension or Termination

  • Suspension or termination due to violation of Staypal's Terms & Conditions does not qualify for a refund
  • Voluntary account deletion does not trigger a refund

7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Initiating chargebacks without contacting Staypal first may result in account suspension
  • We encourage users to reach out to support before disputing a charge

8. Changes to This Policy

Staypal may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
